This hotel is in the perfect location in The Valley, close to everything. The rooms are clean with modern facilities, making it a fine choice for a stay from Sunday through Thursday. The service is top-notch, very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent for exploring Fortitude Valley and nearby attractions, and the dining options are within walking distance. A fantastic choice for a stay in Brisbane.
The hotel room was not as clean as expected and was near the elevator, but for the price of the room, it was acceptable. The location was great, with pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. The service was a mix as the staff were nice, but not all that friendly and blurted out information too quickly. The dining was in popular James Street, just a few minutes walk away. The facilities were decent overall.
The hotel offers a perfect positioning for a view of the valley and provides really comfortable rooms. However, the air conditioning circulation may be insufficient. The service was unfortunately not welcoming, with incidents of rudeness and unpleasant interactions. Yet, the location is ideal for accessing cafes and bars easily. The dining option, a few minutes walk away, was enjoyable.
